2. Reporting infringement
Bay of Quinte Region receives all copyright and DMCA notices through our contact form. We do not publish a postal address; please submit your notice using the form, including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- The specific URL(s) where the material appears on our site;
- Your name and an email address we can reply to;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
3. Our response
We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to material we confirm is infringing, and may notify the party who submitted the content.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact form, including the information above and a statement of good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
5. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts or submission privileges for users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
